Mahalo Evan..Well  The waves have been really tough the last week here in Hawaii so those sessions on Maui have really  helped me weather this down time.  Besides training at halfpoint  the last week I have tried to keep busy by doing spring cleaning.. I have been  cleaning my house, garage, car, even  doing my taxes and  now donating blood. We even watched Alice in Wonderland at Imax 3-d which was awesome. Some how I hope the waves get better as I am running out of things to do around the house.

Small south and east swells have been  making half point and the shorebreak fun for everyone.

I went canoe surfing/fishing with Skip, Nelz and Jason Lau in his 4 man surfing canoe.

We caught a couple long waves in Waikiki area as well as 2 Papios as we were trolling at the same time..

I got my car fixed up after a small fender bended, I took  it to the folks at Color Touch Systems Hawaii. They did an really amazing job. It is owned and operated by bodyboarders. Just ask for Jane @429-9250 and they will get it done right.

The north and south  swells have been smallish 2-4ft but big enough for some good fun.  Every evening Half point has about 30 guys all over it. Today with the low tide I hit up an uncrowded spot with only 1 other guy which was a nice change from the Sandys madness.

Thanks to Klum and Dub who cooked up food for the boys on the trip and Tim Hamilton and Dphil  who  helped shoot the footage for the 9.
