Sorry for the lack of updates as the waves have been fun not big but some real nice tropical tubes. We have been missioning around the island with 430am starts. The huge swell never really showed up as expected and Teahupoo had Laird and crew stand up paddling and helicopters jet skis locals and blow in’s all waiting around for the bombs to start rolling but the big sets never really came.
So after we surfed the 662 team has been helpping build the new 662 Ride Shop here in Tahiti it is set to open in April or May 2010. Our Tahitian family we are staying with is doing a good job making the store happen. We had a good time with all the work that’s for sure.
