Waiting for waves

Hawaii has been  pretty lame for the last few weeks, as strong trade winds and not many strong swells. One of my vices is that when its flat I scan all the computer swell charts around the world watching for good waves.

I keep seeing sick waves  all over the world especially Australia this time of year. Both coasts have been perfect, even Shark Island has had some sick moments from what I have heard.

Here is a photo from the last time I got Shark Island  good,  back in July 2007.
